Student & Test Data Module
DigiProctor incorporates pre-examination workflows and orchestration, including the seamless integration of student and test data from university IT systems. The data is validated both at the back-end and by students themselves through personalised web pages. Each student is provided with a personal dashboard, where they can access university notifications, view their test schedules, obtain test keys, and, if permitted, review their results post-examination. This includes access to both multiple-choice and subjective answer sheets.
Training & Communication Module
DigiProctor offers comprehensive training through webinars, guides, videos, mock tests, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions. This training is designed for both students and university staff, including those in the roles of CoE, Examination Office Staff, Question Paper Creators, Proctors, and Evaluators.
Effective communication is essential for the transition to online examinations. DigiProctor assists universities in managing change by creating and sending messages to prepare students and professors for the new examination environment. The platform includes workflows for SMS and email notifications, which can be customised with the university's branding. Mass notifications can also be sent to all students during exams.
Question Paper Module
DigiProctor manages the entire process of question paper creation, from assigning professors to tracking progress in real-time. All question papers are encrypted using AES-256, with only the CoE holding the decryption key. The platform supports the creation of multiple question papers, which can be selected or combined just before the exam to prevent leaks.
Evaluation Module
The CoE can assign evaluators to assess students’ answer papers and track progress in real-time. DigiProctor allows for various evaluation configurations, including fragmented evaluation by different professors, multiple evaluators for the same paper, and assignments based on student profiles.
Proctoring Module
DigiProctor offers flexible proctoring options, including self-proctoring and outsourcing. The platform supports the creation of virtual rooms for exams, where proctors can monitor students in real-time. AI augmentation aids proctors by automatically adjusting trust scores based on detected non-compliant behaviour, and remote controls allow proctors to pause, terminate, or inspect a student's environment.
Result & Analytics Module

Question papers can be tagged for specific topics and Bloom's Taxonomy categories, offering deep insights into students' understanding and skill levels. The platform also offers comprehensive performance analysis, enabling faculty to identify areas of weakness and tailor their teaching accordingly.
